- Sit on the ab wheel with your back against a wall and feet flat on the ground.
- Place your hands behind your head and lift your torso up off the ab wheel until your torso and legs are in line with each other.
- Lower yourself back down, maintaining the position of your arms and legs.
- Place the ab wheel on the ground so that the middle of the wheel is about 1 foot off the ground.
When you finish your 10 sets, remove the ab wheel from the ground and slowly lower it back down to start position before repeating steps 3-4 again.
It’s best if the ab wheel has handles so that you can hold on while performing the exercise.
Place your feet flat on the floor next to the ab wheel and lift your hips until your torso and thighs are parallel to the ground. Hold this position for two seconds, then release and repeat. Do 10 repetitions per side.
